OCPAS's annual accounts for 2010-11 as laid before the Scottish Parliament on 16 August 2011. These are the final accounts for OCPAS. On 1 April 2011, OCPAS merged with the offices of the Scottish Parliamentary Standards Commissioner and the Chief Investigating Officer to form the Commission for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland.
